1. Is it safe to mail jewelry?

Yes, we ship our jewelry by trusted carriers such as USPS, and Fedex upon occasion.  All our shipments are fully insured by www.tiffanyslocjewels.com.

2. Is shipping free?

Free shipping is available on occasion for promotions & sales.  Free standard shipping is to US domestic locations.

3. Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to serve shoppers from all over the world. Pricing may vary based on your final shipping destination and duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please visit Customer Service for more information.

4. What are my shipping options?

We ship our jewelry by trusted carriers like FedEx and USPS, depending on the destination. Please visit Customer Service for more information.

5. How long does it take to get my order?

~NEW Changes~  All shipping has changed to 2-3 weeks since the start of the year.  (Change posted at top of website) We have Wholesale orders for Locticians and beauty supply stores to balance with regular orders and all items are handmade/made to order. Though one person may have ordered 1-2 items, the person before them may have ordered 8-10 items in their order.  Due to this, shipping has changed to reflect an accurate timeline as to when someone may receive their package.   

Previously, all items generally took 5-7 business days to process since most are made-to-order before they are shipped out to the customer. This ensures customers receive the freshest and latest items possible. Some jewelry may take a little longer to construct, and may require 7-10 business days, especially during sales time. Shipping times vary depending upon on method and location.  We can not control shipping times during holiday seasons.   

6. How do I track my order once it has been shipped?

An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order. To check on the status of your shipment, click on the tracking number displayed in the email, or check the My Account section on the website.

7. Am I liable for my jewelry order while it is being shipped?

You are not liable for your jewelry order while it is being shipped. All our shipments are fully insured by Tiffanyslocjewels.com.

8. Do you ship to APO?

We do ship to Military APO, as well as FPO boxes. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

9. If I paid for shipping and return my item, do I receive a refund on the shipping fee?

No, the shipping fee is non refundable, unless we shipped a incorrect item or the item has a defect. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the ship date.
