ORDER PROCESSING DELAYS!

The Black Friday Cyber Monday sale was unprecedented this year!  With nearly 90-100 orders within a 4-day period, it has been challenging getting these orders processed as quickly as I'd like.  While I am so excited for the enthusiasm of my products and anxious for you to receive them, I am deeply saddened by the fact that I can not get them out to you as quickly.  Though I have hired assistants, this process is labor-intensive and detailed to hand-make every loc jewel, and add essential oils to each conditioning mist to ensure every items holds true to the quality that one enjoys.  My desire is for each person to feel that the package they receive is truly special and that the customizations regarding their piece, i.e. size, color, gems, are exactly as they'd hoped for them to be.  Please allow me the necessary time to complete these items to ensure everyone is happy.  Although this business is important to me, I am still a person that has to live, eat, and sleep.  I still have to raise my children, as I am a single parent.  Many nights I have survived off of 4 hours sleep, just to see someone complaining in my email inbox inquiring about their order.  I will continue to strive to provide the best possible customer service, maintain my health, and create awesome products.  Please be patient with me as I do so, as I am only one person wearing many hats.  The path to entrepreneurship is not pretty and holds many bumps along the way, though it is perceived as lofty and prestigious.  May God Bless you all, and have a very Happy Holiday!
